I got the following information from this cert:

• He died of cardiac failure from a 12 month heart complaint.
• Aunt Norah, who was married in Dublin at the time, was present at, and reported, the death. I would have expected this to have been done by either his wife, Margaret, or his daughter, Mollie, who was still living at home.
