His death cert gave me the following information:

• He was living at 2 Dunville Terrace, Rathmines, when he died. This is where Mary Anne had died two years previously.
• It suggested he was 29 when he died, which would have made him 3 years younger than Patrick. This is very strange as the death was reported by Patrick, who was actually his twin.
• He was a Grocer's Assistant. This is more in line with the official version of the family's trade than that handed down in the b�aloideas. He died of TB and what I take to be Asthma. I was aware of TB in the family, as his niece died of it some 19 years later. The asthma was new to me.
• Patrick was still living at 31 Arnott St., which is the address he gave on his marriage cert the previous year.
